GOLDEN GATE HOTEL
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION AND ACCOMMODATION TERMS
- General Provisions
All reservations made through Golden Gate Hotel are subject to the rates, payment conditions, and terms stated at the time of booking and outlined below. By completing a reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Check-in ve Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and hotel approval. Additional charges may apply.
- Cancellation Policy
For flexible reservations, cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
For cancellations made less than 5 days before the arrival date, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.
Early departure does not entitle the guest to a refund for unused nights.
- Non-Refundable Reservations
Non-refundable reservations are offered at special discounted rates.
For these reservations:
- Date changes are not permitted.
- Cancellations are not permitted.
- Name changes are not permitted.
- Reservations cannot be transferred to another person.
- Partial or full refunds cannot be requested.
If the guest fails to use the reservation, arrives late, departs early, or does not check in at all, the full reservation amount will be charged.
- No-Show Policy
If the reservation holder or guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date and does not contact the hotel, the reservation will be considered a "No-Show."
In the event of a No-Show, the reservation will be cancelled and the full reservation amount will be charged.
- Reservation Modifications
Any request to modify a reservation is subject to hotel approval. Golden Gate Hotel reserves the right to accept or decline modification requests based on availability and applicable rate conditions.
- Reservation Transfer and Guest Changes
Reservations are personal and non-transferable. Accommodation by a person other than the reservation holder, or transfer of a reservation to another individual, is only possible with the hotel's prior written approval.
- Rates and Payments
All charges are collected in the currency specified at the time of booking.
Golden Gate Hotel reserves the right to review reservations made under clearly erroneous rates resulting from system errors, pricing mistakes, technical malfunctions, or force majeure circumstances, and to make the necessary corrections.
- Force Majeure
Natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, transportation restrictions, and other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the parties shall be considered force majeure events. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to amend reservation conditions as necessary.
- Personal Data
Information provided by guests is used solely for reservation processing, accommodation services, and compliance with legal obligations. Personal data is protected and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Hotel Rights
Golden Gate Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and terminate a reservation in cases involving violations of public order, the comfort and safety of other guests, or the hotel's rules and policies.
By completing a reservation, the guest is deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions stated above.
